Terms of Sale
1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed on mowmaster.com by consumers and businesses in the United States.
2. Order acceptance
An order confirmation email does not constitute contract acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order (with full refund) due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and exclusive of applicable state and local sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. We accept major credit cards and Apple/Google Pay via Stripe.
4. Delivery
We ship to the 50 US states. Standard delivery is 3-7 business days from ship date. Alaska, Hawaii and freight items may take longer.
5. Subscriptions (MowMaster Care)
MowMaster Care is a monthly $19.99 subscription that renews automatically until canceled. Cancel anytime from your account or by contacting support — the plan ends at the current billing period.
6. Warranty
All mowers include the manufacturer's warranty. Additional protection is available through MowMaster Care.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MowMaster's total liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the price paid for that product.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
