MowMaster LLC ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under US privacy laws including CCPA/CPRA.
2. Information we collect
We collect: name, email address, shipping address, billing address, phone (optional), payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers), order history, and website usage data.
3. How we use it
To fulfill orders, process payments, ship products, provide customer support, send transactional emails (order updates, tracking), and — with your opt-in — send marketing emails you can unsubscribe from anytime.
4. Sharing with third parties
We share data only with: Stripe (payments), our shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight partners), our email provider, and law enforcement when legally compelled. We never sell your personal information.
5. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for cart/checkout, and — with your consent — analytics cookies to improve the store.
6. Your rights
US residents (including under CCPA/CPRA) can request access, correction, deletion, or opt-out of data sale/sharing. Email privacy@mowmaster.com to make a request. We respond within 45 days.
7. Retention
Order records are kept for 7 years for tax and warranty purposes. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe.
8. Children
Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
