You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for any reason. If you're not satisfied, we'll pick it up and refund you in full.
How to start a return
Email returns@mowmaster.com or call 1-800-4-MOWNOW with your order number. We'll issue a prepaid shipping label (or schedule pickup for large items).
Condition
The mower should be in original condition with all included accessories. Light use is fine — you're allowed to try it. Damage beyond normal test-mowing may result in a partial refund.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Exceptions
Gasoline must be drained before return shipment (safety regulation). Custom-configured or personalized products are not returnable.
Warranty claims
All mowers include the manufacturer's warranty (typically 2 years). For warranty repairs, contact us and we'll coordinate with the manufacturer.
